John goes clothes shopping again, this time for baby Nicholas, and to pick out something for his and Dave’s child, which is due any Simday now.
Dave stops by and is eagerly greeted by his babymomma, only to later that night throw a hissy fit when John decides to talk to his girlfriend.
John and Vriska continue on with their domestic life. John is surprisingly attentive to baby Nicholas. Raising one sim baby is a piece of cake.

That’s right. Dave not only got John pregnant, he got him pregnant with twins. Boy-girl twins. The rarest possible birth in the game without mods.
Due to the game’s mechanics, Levi was promptly dropped on the floor after birth so that Shae could follow, but Vriska picked him up (off-camera) and both babbies were given snuggles from their momma.
